Add Your Organization to Our Pages

We will be glad to include your agency or organization to our directory.  There are never any fees of any kind. 

To be added to SharingWeb, your organization should deal with at least one of the following: 

  • Hunger
  • Homelessness
  • Other Assistance to low income households (fuel, furniture, clothing, holiday assistance, etc.)  
           Visit our Other Resources page to see the variety of services we cover.
  • Substance Abuse
  • Domestic Violence
  • Sexual Assault

How to Submit Your Information:

Information to Include:

Consider including as much of the following information as possible:

  • General Information
    • Organization Name
    • Address
    • Website
    • Phone Number
       
  • Contact Information
    • Name
    • Title/Role
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number (if different from above)
       
  • Description of Services
    • Include as much information as you like. 
    • You may sent attachments, past fliers or mailings, etc.  Include anything that will explain what your organization does.
       
  • Donations
    • How should checks be made out, and where should they be sent?
    • What other types of donated goods are needed?  Bedding?  Sundries? Toys?  etc.
       
  • Volunteers
    • What kind of help is needed? 
    • Hours involved, and any special requirements (lifting of heavy boxes, truck or van needed, etc.)
    • Volunteer coordinator contact information
       
  • For Food Pantries
    • Contributions
      • Drop Off Location(s) and Hours
      • What kinds of food do you accept?  (Dry goods only?  Produce?  Frozen Foods?  Meats?)
      • Do you accept personal care products (toothpaste, deodorants,  etc) ?
      • Other items such as toys, clothing, bedding, gift certificates, etc?
    • Distributions:
      • Any Eligibility Requirements
      • Distribution Location(s) and Hours
      • Any limitations on quantity, frequency, etc.
         
  • Special Holiday Programs
    • Adopt a Family
    • Holiday Meals
    • Toy or blanket drives, etc.
