DONATED DOLLARS CAMPAIGN
We
are actively seeking cash donations to allow us to ensure our pantry is fully
stocked. We endeavor to provide a full week of breakfasts, lunches, and
dinners to each neighbor that visits the pantry.
HOLIDAY GIVING:
Please
consider the Marshfield Food Pantry for a holiday
donation. Giving at this
time will help provide frozen turkey dinners for home cooking and hot dinners
delivered on Thanksgiving day. A donation will help stock our shelves for the
colder months.
ABOUT THE MARSHFIELD FOOD PANTRY:
The Marshfield Food Pantry, now in it's 15th year, started as an ecumenical
food pantry for all the churches in Marshfield. It is that co-operative
spirit that has helped the food pantry grow to continue to meet the needs of
the community.
Today the Food Pantry has a 15-person board of directors, and 50 volunteers
providing food 52 weeks a year. We are open for pickups 3 days a
week, and also make monthly deliveries to the elderly, homebound or disabled.
The Marshfield Food Pantry is a member of the Boston
Food Bank, the largest hunger relief program in New England.
