Neponset Health Center is a non profit agency committed to provide quality, comprehensive health care to all those in our community regardless of their ability to pay.

SERVICES:
At Neponset Health Center we offer comprehensive primary and preventive health care to anyone in need regardless of their medical status, ability to pay, or ethnicity. More specifically we offer Internal Medicine, Women’s Health (OBGYN), Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Social Services, HIV Services including primary care and specialty care for HIV patients, Labs, X-Rays and Optometry. We have a food pantry and we offer assistance in applying for Free Care, Mass Health and other state programs.

INSURANCE
We accept all major commercial insurances such as Tufts and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim and Neighborhood Health Plan, Medicare and Medicaid, Free Care, Sliding Fee Scale and Out of Pocket.

At Neponset Health Center we pride ourselves in provide culturally sensitive care. Our providers and staff speak several languages including Vietnamese, and Spanish.

Neponset Health Center was established in 1970 and is part of a large network of community health centers, dental clinics, “at home” behavioral health programs and programs servicing the needs of the Elders in the community.

Neponset Health Center received the gold seal of approval from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals and Health Care Organizations (JACHO).

Neponset has been considered an innovative leader in regional and national efforts to improve community health.

We are open 7 days a week, except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
