Paula Stidsen Named One of State's 100 Unsung Heroines

Paula Stidsen, who heads the Rutland Food Pantry, was recently honored with the Rutland Lions Club 2010 Humanitarian Award, and on May 19, she and 99 other women were honored at the Statehouse in Boston as the 100 Unsung Heroines of 2010.
The Rutland Food Pantry is an ecumenical effort of the First Congregational Church and St. Patrick’s Church that operates out of St. Patrick’s Church.
Mrs. Stidsen said she has been working with the food pantry for more than 20 years.
